Hi, hope everyone is having a good day. I have been having really bad pain in both shoulders, my neck and back hurt all the time and stay stiff. I went for X-rays on my shoulders. They found small bone spurs and Bone islands(benign bone tumors). I also have TMJ and Fibromyalgia which I’m sure is causing a lot of my pain. I also have bone spurs in my feet and back. Just wondering if anyone else is having these issues? I’m living in constant pain. Thanks for listening and helping. Have a great… read more
Yes i too have TMJ, and bone spur issues too. I have them in my knees and shoulders. Actually just had one shaved down in my right shoulder as i could barely move it anymore without excruciating pain. Might still need surgery on the left side. I also suffer from severe kidney stones. I have terrible back issues and pain as well. But i have some disc issues in my lower spine and a syrinx (cyst) within my spinal cord. Having constant pain is so difficult. Especially when drs dont always understand. My heating pad is my best friend when it comes to the back pain. Have a lovely evening! 🌹
Yes, unfortunately less time looking down on cell phone, etc. I also use a TENS unit through an app on my phone. Helps a lot, especially when I get out of bed in the morning. It can be put on many different parts of the body.
Thanks Tammy for your kind response. Sorry i didnt reply yesterday as it was a rough day for me. Yes heating pads help so much.
I’m so sorry for your pain.
I have the cervical neck bone spurs and TMJ, Myofascial Pain Syndrome and Costochondritis. I get the pain in the neck/jaw and shoulders and sometimes head. The back pain is thoracic or mid back, occasionally low back joins in. Currently I'm doing shoulder/neck exercises, using heat and topical magnesium foam. I feel like the only way out is to spend more time with upper body exercise and less tablet/cell/computer time.
I have two recommendations, surgery to repair cervical discs or further PT, what is your experience?
