Over the last months maybe over a year , I have tested with positive ANA ; rheumy never mentioned … still no autoimmune disease but concerned ??? Anyone else with fibromyalgia and ANA antibodies?

According to the Mayo Clinic, you can test ANA positive even if you're healthy, probably why the physician is not overly concerned.

It's very recent. Apparently several different universities are now getting grants for researching fibromyalgia. Just read about it this morning.

Recently I read that fibromyalgia is now being considered an autoimmune disease. Makes sense to me. I have several of them.
