I had my daith done it doesn't hurt when i lie on it and I don't get migraines anymore 😀

Daith piercings are in an area with lots of nerve endings so sounds like a lot of pain for little gain . You can’t sleep on the side of a daith piercing apparently either so that would be difficult as it means being still at night . I have never found acupuncture very helpful but if it helps you I suppose a daith piercing might work 🤷‍♀️. I avoid any extra pain if I can . Have you tried acupuncture in that area? I think that would tell you if a daith would be a game changer for you. 👍🙏
