Anyone have " spontaneous" tendonitis, arthritis ( RA, OA) or synovitis? Is that just fibromyalgia? Oh my God! And the head trip that goes with it?
Oh my, I know the pain in the gut, etc. Comes and goes, but I can keep it controlled

Omg the tendonitis is just awful. Mine started at the same time as my fibro. They seem to exacerbate one another! And it can be sooo hard to tell the difference! Wish I had a more helpful answer, but I'm with you in solidarity in this. ♥️
Great ideas Sue, thankyou much. I too require bracing for different areas, most anyday I gotta go being and doing. So familiarity is a welcomed friend.
@A MyFibroTeam Member, I have tendonitis in my hands, wrists and my index finger right hand especially.
I can't knit much because of that any more.
@A MyFibroTeam Member, What are your Raynaud's symptims? I have a very cold nose most of the times. I can't rinse or wash my hands in cold water or my bones frees and it takes time for them to warm up.
