Yes I twitch all over ! Mainly my temples and face

Yes I do all the time babes. The worst two are my jaw as bite my tounge often. The hands can be a problem some times as they can spasm while trying to cook n dish up food. I have also thrown my food out of my hands while carrying it to my chair lol. The spasms seem to get worse for me when its bed time. Once I start to try n relax for sleep I can have whole torso n leg spasms. I have hit out n kicked my husband while in bed x
