Pain normally causes BP to rise.

Yes sometimes I get the hypertension headache in the back of my head .. see lil white specs .. I'd say yes

Yes sometimes . I have white coat hypertension and meditate a lot to help . Don’t want to take HBP MEDS!!

My B/p goes up with me too if I am in a lot of pain, that is why my drs are monitoring me every day.
