I have burning and soreness in the side of my breast. I wasn’t aware it was fybro , went for a mammogram. It was fine . My Dr. told me it was tied to fybro. Hang in there !

On my left breast mostly in my armpit then down onto the left of my breast I get a lot of burning pain it can be quite severe. I rang one of GP’s during Covid lockdown and she said get some primrose oil off internet came next day might have to delete that I’m not sure, and wear a bra with no wire in it worked so well after 2 weeks - brilliant 🤩
Still get it time to time so sometimes do same again

I don’t get the burning sensations , but I get stabbing pains quite often . It was to the point I went and got a mammogram done to rule out anything serious. Test was fine . So I suppose it’s just one more thing to add to the fybro list of pain issues . 😞 But if you can i would get a mammogram just to rule anything else out . Good luck

If you decide to taper off Gabapentin be careful it can be very hard for some people, take it slow. My pain did worsen throughout my taper but it did improve a lot eventually. I joined a Gabapentin withdraw group on Facebook which helped me so much to understand what was happening. Some people have no problems withdrawing from it but I just wanted to make you aware that it is a possibility. Take care.
