So initially I started getting nighttime congestion and that has been for some time now but lately I'm starting with daytime congestion too. I can still smell but just not as good. Also I've never had allergies so this has been baffling me. I use a diffuser in my bedroom to help but it doesn't seem to be doing much. Wondering if this sounds familiar for anyone else and what you use to help with that? Thanks
Unfortunately its vicious circle. Fibro destroys your sleep, poor sleep makes Fibro worse. Etc etc etc
I purchased a Garmin watch, its helped me get my sleep from low 30s to 80s out 100, it monitors every thing and tells me whwn i should rest, exercise etc.
I totally agree with you Shaun. I feel like I'm never getting the rest I need. Everything always gets worse when your not getting the proper rest. All my fibro symptoms get much worse when I'm over stressed, exhausted etc.

Was actually going to ask a simlar queation . Its not sinuses its close linked to ME i think you get cold / flu symptoms the more burnt out you are. I always had them as i use to burn candle at both ends, now i struggle to light the candle haha
