What Do You Do When You Get Fed Up Of The Daily Pain?

What Do You Do When You Get Fed Up Of The Daily Pain?

I get times where i get really depressed and bitter, I'm only young but my body feels old and I wonder how long until I reach the end of my tether

I understand. We've all been in your position. It's part of grieving for your old life and accepting your new one as it is now. You got this. Just breathe and be gentle on yourself.

I keep on redoing my plan, and redoing my plan and finding out what works and what does not.

Sometimes I just need to remind myself this is my new normal and just accept it. When it gets to me I just do self care and sometimes that means just rotting in front of the TV. Keep trying different things, its a individual journey. It’s important to have supportive people around you.

As hard as it can be. I usually crawl in bed and pray…that comforts me. Sometimes I just feel like I’m gonna lose my mind, so if i can I’ll work…..friends have become few, but might try calling one of them…
