Your gp or dentist can diagnose you

I got injections into my jaw. It was locked. Be careful chewing food. Put smaller amounts in your mouth. Concentrate on how you chew.

I've had it since the mid 1970's when I had a diving accident. I've had my jaw joints replaced twice now - once in the mid 1980's and again in about 2012. I ended having implants on the bottom, and a "flipper" on the top as my mouth doesn't open very far. 🤑 I am finally OK with new teeth being done at extreme cost by two wonderful doctors !!

I got a mouth guard for night , apply anti inflammatory cream and eat softer foods till pain subsides. Good luck I know it can be uncomfortable and pain spreads to ear and head also
