I have a Spinal Cord Stimulator (SCS) now, and it works. If I overdo, my back bothers me. I have to keep the Stimulator charged up on me as necessary. I had the Trial SCS first to ensure if it's gonna be effective.
I use a type of TENS machine which is called Enso. It is an app on my smartphone and Bluetooth is required. I got in a few years ago because my doctor told me about it. They were just beginning to use it on Wounded Warriors and I got a deal on it at the time. But now you can only obtain it through hinge health and I don't know what they would charge for it but I did not get it through them. If mine ever breaks, then maybe I'll have to go through the hinge health app. I like it because it's really simple to use. It would be too long for me to explain but if you look at the hinge Health app or online , they'll explain it . You can put it on many different areas of the body. It's much more simpler to use than a regular TENS unit and it really helps me. I had a microdisectomy in 2015 which made everything worse. I do not want to go to any more orthopedic doctors if I can help it.

Cost $10-15 from Walmart. I also have a raised toliet which is a blessing. I have a cane shiuld it ever be needed again. I have a scooter, it orginnally was from the VA, my b-i-l gave it to me when he got a new one.
