The More You Sleep The Lesser The Pain You Get?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I noticed that when I had a bad sleep, or not long enough because of insomnia, when I wake up I feel completely destroyed, like I've been rolled over by a truck.
Do you experience the same? Let me know

For me it is trying to find some balance , i really wish i could . Insomnia makes me feel 💩over sleeping causes me pain too , sometimes my little power nap helps , i know i shouldn’t but fatigue takes over x

Since I got a CPAP machine I only sleep 5-6 hours nightly, but I'm refreshed and not dragging myself around and requiring a 2 hour nap. It's because I get more oxygen. My sleep schedule has returned to what it was until my mid 30s.
