It can last for me months. I am in extreme pain everyday. But, the massage helped yesterday. He says I need 8-12 sessions and preferably 2x a week. But, my insurance doesn’t cover it, it’s $55 for half an hour, but trust me that’s more than enough for us with Fibro and other disorders.
