It can last for me months. I am in extreme pain everyday. But, the massage helped yesterday. He says I need 8-12 sessions and preferably 2x a week. But, my insurance doesn’t cover it, it’s $55 for half an hour, but trust me that’s more than enough for us with Fibro and other disorders. I will keep you all posted and remember diet and lifestyle is key. With low impact exercises like, Qigong, Tai Chi, Yoga with Adrienne for chronic pain. Isometric exercises with Dr. Jo. And finally meditation is crucial! At first try a guided meditation. Start with baby steps, day one 5 minutes and keep increasing depending on your comfort and pain level!
