Vitamins

When do you take your vitamins? I'm so tired of meds, trying to change my Lifestyle. I take my folic acid( this is a must because of the methotrexate) with dinner, but I am working on a morning routine as well...
Adding Neuro Health it has a good group of vitamins. I'll have to build on it. But besides pain and stiffness I'd say Brain fog is my #1 issue. 🤦

Hello, I am vitamin and nutrient deficiency I would suggest before you start taking vitamins that you get tested to see what your body needs. Because you don't want to take more than your body needs or doesn't need at all. Please do this before you start taking them and any doctor would tell you the same thing also.

Well, I take with my morning meds and my Vitamins, my doctor recommended B12 1000iu, D3, 2000iu, Fish oil 1000iu, and Magnesium 500 mg. All taken once a day in the morning daily. Well, now I’m working with a massage therapist as referred by my neurologist. Started today, he was amazing and he leans to the homeopathic side. He saw all the chemicals meds, I took, he said it’s killing you. He is going to refer me to a homeopathic doctor, that based in Orlando, but does tele Medecine.,so as soon as I get more info I will pass it down to my Fibro friends!

I have a sensitive stomach so I take my multi vitamin with my dinner. I take chewable vitamin C 500 mg in the morning and in the evening. Also take powdered magnesium in water morning and evening.
