When do you take your vitamins? I'm so tired of meds, trying to change my Lifestyle. I take my folic acid( this is a must because of the methotrexate) with dinner, but I am working on a morning routine as well...
Adding Neuro Health it has a good group of vitamins. I'll have to build on it. But besides pain and stiffness I'd say Brain fog is my #1 issue. 🤦
Hello, I am vitamin and nutrient deficiency I would suggest before you start taking vitamins that you get tested to see what your body needs. Because you don't want to take more than your body needs or doesn't need at all. Please do this before you start taking them and any doctor would tell you the same thing also.
I feel a lot of tiredness as well but I seen a receipt on Facebook. It’s Watermelon and Lemons just cut the whole thing up rines as well because it is very high in so many vitamins so I tried it omg so good and I really felt good it also detox’s your liver as well and that really helps with the brain fog. So of course I can’t afford to do this all the time with the watermelon so I started just blending it with ice and water I love it. Now without the watermelon in it, it will taste a little sour but honestly I got through it because I know it helps with weight loss brain fog. So give it a try. I hope this is helpful! It helps me drink more.
I used to buy the flavored Kirkland brand at Costco.
They haven't had it,so I buy Icee.
I try different fruits in my water because drinking plain water all the time is lame😉🍓🥝🍍🍉🍋
Good for you my friend. I’m also trying to go homeopathic. My Asthma, IBS-C, Fibro, and chronic fatigue are killing me and it’s all at the same time. The hospitals can’t even help and today my Endocronologist said I’m special and that I’m fine. I don’t think so.
