I take Cymbalta it helps with my depression as well.

I've never tried Savella, but I have used both Lyrica and Cymbalta. I was unable to tolerate side effects and the meds weren't really helpful for pain. What helps me is 1) following a diabetic type of diet (I don't have diabetes, but the stability of this type of diet does seem to help with pain, fatigue, and brain fog); 2) I live alone with my support dog. This eliminates the stressor of having to constantly interact with another person; 3) I have friends and hobbies, and the down-time I need to stay healthy. I walk about 3 miles daily, rest when I'm tired, and always hydrate adequately; and 4) I have been clean and sober for nearly 31 years, and that, too, is helpful.
I'm not recommending any of these things, of course, because everyone's situation is different. Only sharing what works for me.

Lyrica caused a lot of weight gain for me 10-11 lbs. per month. Try gerabaltin instead. It's in the same medication group but not the top tier like lyrica.

I was on Savella first and it helped but then my doctor took me off it and put me on lyrica. That helped for awhile but then stopped. Now I just take Gabapentin and Tramadol. This has been the best combination for me.
