My pain doc and I decided 1200 mg gabapentin + 60 mg cymbalta showed the most improvement. On flare days, I take a low dose percocet. I had a few episodes that caused me nausea & fainting from pain, it helps in serious moderation. I get 7 pills a month and grateful I can get a pain break.
