I was eager to read these answers when I saw the question. Iβve always wondered what others experiences are like.
My flares can last a few hours, like half a day, or they can last a few weeks. When i was working it felt like flairs came in waves, overlapping each other.
Flare lengths depend on the cause. However, while I was working, there was no let up. One flare ran into another. Now, it depends on what I did, or when something happens to me. Like falling, or losing my balance and hitting whatever is near by. Years ago my niece talked me into going on a ride with her, at Knotts Berry Farm. We had year round tickets and my husband and I went on weekends to walk, and grab a sandwich. The only rides I could go on by this point was a slow ride going back in the past. No jerking, or need to hold on for dear life. Unfortunately, the ride with my niece was just that! We laughed, and I cried with the pain. I could not raise my right arm above my waist for three months. We walked the park for 11 years every weekend and holiday's. At first, I was young and healthy. Those days, I have fond memories. Later, I was glad I could get out and walk, when I just wanted to do nothing. I am more grateful for the latter, because I knew what is was like with total freedom.
Everyone have a good night. I pray all of you can get some good rest tonight.

For me, as long as it wants.. sometimes they last a few days, and sometimes a few weeks.. I had a really bad winter.. I just had one that lasted 10 days due to a long out-of-town trip so I canβt travel anymore unless it is somewhere close by..
It sometimes is better in a couple days sometimes for me it can last a few weeks depending on the weather patterns.
