The bluelight blockers are the best!! I even have a pair with no vision correction, just for watching tv late night. A real game changer for me. Best of luck πŸ˜ŽπŸ’œ

@A MyFibroTeam Member thanks for your guidance, i ask my dr via message about it and he suggested visiting an eye doctor and getting back to him with the result.

I would see an eye doctor. I went to an eye doctor was referred to another doctor, one year later had an appointment. I had dry eyes. my symptoms were having difficulties driving at night, the sun was super bright outside, and I was not able to read the bottom lines on the news channels. I also needed a new prescription for my eyes but mostly the issue was dry eyes. just something to check into. only a suggestion

I wear a hat and sunglasses outside almost always because my eyes are so sensitive to light. If I have to use lights in the house I use dim lights and lamps. When my eyes hurt from being on the phone I get off it and do something else. I have heard some people say that blue light blocking glasses help with eye strain but I haven’t tried them so I don’t know. I also keep my phone on night shift and turn the true tone off, that does help. Have had an eye exam? I know each year my prescription gets stronger. I hopes this helps some. πŸ’›
