Hi I've just asked my Dr about a drug called Savella that supposedly helps with fibromyalgia only to be told we don't give that drug out. I know it's been passed by the bma but he said it's no different to venlafaxine which I'm already on
Does anybody have any experience with this drug

I have been taking Savilla for almost 10 years. It does help. I am on a combination and at the highest doses of Savilla and Lyrica. Without them, I wouldn't get out of bed in the morning.
I feel the exact same way. I feel it's so unfair to hold back meds for those who really need them due to those who don't need them and abuse them.
Ment to say get off my Norco completely.
Just wanted to add that I've been taking 2.5 mg of cannabis 3 times a day and it has helped me a ton. I still take 1 Norco in the am to get my pain down faster. My hope is to get my Norco completely. I still take Savella and Lyrica twice daily.
hmm, no pain meds is your doctor insane or some kind of sadist? . Like to see doctor feel what we feel daily. Such jerks.
