Hi Lora, I get the same, every day leg swelling and I randomly have lumps, more so in the armpit area, very sore to touch. I asked my doctor and as far as she could tell it is lymph nodes

I have the same problem and my Pain Management Dr. said that Fibro could be one of the reasons behind it.

Have those issues as well on arms and legs

I have few knots that are there all the time and others that come and go. Some of the knots are sore and others aren't. I have also noticed that they pop up very randomly. The swelling in my legs seem to be different though. I have to wear compression socks everyday otherwise my circulation and muscles are affected and the doctor said it isn't water weight but they can't figure out what is causing it. By the end of the day my legs look like someone elses and I have wearing a fat suit.

It's fibro, does it change sites. Some spots are part of the tender spots we have all of the time. Other spots come and go depending what I have run into.
