Yes, mine twitch all the time when I am sitting and watching TV. It's my arms and legs. I have read that magnesium can help.

I get the jumping muscle, but its always just once. Ill have an arm or a leg jerk involuntarily at any time, day or night.

Yes to the jumping muscles. When Im really tired and ready to fall asleep my muscles will jump. It doesnt hurt but is very upsetting when Im sleepy. I also have inside tremors. Meaning they cant be seen only felt.
