To which i replied, “when you push a grandchild out of your vagina, I’ll cook for you too!” 😂

I don't have a partner. I live with my son and his son. I used to do more than my son, but the last 3 years I have had to slow down. Between RA, fibro and osteoarthritis, it's harder and harder to get much done. Now they do most of it.
My husband love cooking so on his days off he cooks. As far as cleaning the house I do most of it even though it takes me a few days because I can mop the floors and then my back starts hurting. I will have to sit down.
I do clean and vacuum, but it is a no go on real bad days. Minimalization is now my goal. Thankful for the appliances. Robots are useful if you can afford them. The cleaning is part of increase exercise and activity.
Unfortunately I do most of the housework the washing, cooking and cleaning my Husband does help me with washing up after Lunch Meal.
For some unknown reason I haven't been able to make soup very well, I used to but I haven't been able to lately. 💖💗❤️
One of my favorite soups is extremely easy. 4 cans of any canned beans you like drained , one or two cans of chile con carne and one can of mushroom soup. Put all in the slow cooker and stir. Simmer a couple of hours. Serve with French bread, tortillas, cornbread or crackers. It tastes great and is everyone thinks you worked very hard to make it.
