One Sided Arm Chills?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I haven’t been formally diagnosed with fibromyalgia but I have most of the symptoms and my father has had it for years. The past few days I’ve been getting a chill on my right arm, almost like goosebumps but there’s no physical bumps. It’s not even my whole arm, just part of it. Has anyone else ever experienced this?

Yes, I get something like that. It’s not in the same place every time for me.

Yes, I get it off and on. Sometimes it goes up to my neck

Nerve issues, numbness, pins & needles, tingling & even a crawling feeling are all symptoms I've had in my arms & hands. I believe it's pretty common. I've also had icy feelings as well as hot like burning.
