are running errands or doing something where you're having to exert yourself and all of a sudden you feel like you are going to fall to the ground right where you are? You feel like you can't move not even a muscle. You feel like your going to faint, passout or fall to the ground right where you are.
With Fibromyalgia.

Fibromyalgia Patients may lose their ability to walk faster or their capacity to maintain balance while standing as their gait changes, according to a study published in Frontiers in Human Science. They may also have difficulty moving about due to pain and stiffness.

Also due to excessive pain many Fibromyalgia patients can have muscle weakness, in their arms and legs. Not being able to steady themselves or pick up items that they once could do, such as opening jars and some packaged food as well as hanging up clothes on a clothesline.

Hope that you feel much better soon.

I don’t know if there is a name for that, but I call it β€œhitting the wall.” Only response is to lie down.

Yes. Perfect description of what I've experienced. Happened a couple of times in Walmart. Felt like my brain was going wacko too. I just kept walking, slowly and it went away. Scary stuff. But I have found I cant stand still very long or I start feeling off. As long as I move I'm okay for 30 min to an hr. Then I have to rest. Its crazy!! What a life.

I've felt that way when driving and nearly went off the overpass I was on. I couldn't step on the brakes, nor turn the steering wheel. Other times I've dropped things or my legs have buckled and I've fallen. Scary sensation. I've found that if I pace myself and allow time for several rest breaks, I don't over extend myself and don't feel that loss of energy/strength. Took a while for me to catch on, but now I am careful.
