Thank you so much for your validation!! I feel heard after seeing your response. I felt like something is wrong with my brain. It’s odd because I have spoken with a urologist and they did not mention interstitial c when I mentioned my symptoms.

I have interstitial cystitis (bladder irritation) so my head starts to hurt if I need to pee but have not. This is worst at night when I am sleeping. I mention this because many fibromyalgia patients also have interstitial cystitis. You may want to check with a urologist. I learned that I had it when they inserted pain medication and it helped tremendously.

Maybe this is why I have developed headache after twenty years of none

I am so sorry! Pressure type headaches are common with fibromyalgia. Any type of headache!!! Do you have any family around that can be of any comfort and help? Do you have a doctor who is working with you? Hugs to you!!💗🙏

I have terrible pressure Headaches every day, at the moment they are really bad, had them for years,some days i don't want to carry on in all this pain it just gets to much......sorry i am feeling very low, i have no one to talk to as i am alone, my husband is in a nursing home with Dementia,and have no family around.....
