Hello! I was recently on 30 mg of duloxetine for about 4 weeks and didn't get any relief so a rheumatologist suggested I up it to 60 mg. Ive been on 60 for the last 4 days..
Anyone taking duloxetine and can tell me how it affects them?
Im slightly uncomfortable with the doubling but want to really observe my body over the month to see the affects.
Thanks all 🥰🙏🏾

I have been on Duloxtine for quite a while. Works great for me. I take 60mg for pain and depression. No side effects!!❤️
I take 60mg in the morning and 30mg in the evening for depression and pain, it has helped for both. I have had no side effects.
I weaned myself cold turkey, worst 3 months of my life
I take 60 mg for pain and depression. I also take nortriptyline for fibromyalgia. It does more than I think it does. I still have my symptoms and flare ups. But it'd be way more intense if I didn't take it. I've done the mistake of missing dosages and quitting cold turkey and I got really sick. I read that cymbalta has really bad withdrawal symptoms so you have to lean off if you decide not to take it anymore. Hope that helps a little.
I also started out on 30 mg and was increased to 60 mg about 2 months ago. It helped my pain at first, but is back now. I also noticed that my appetite has decreased tremendously.
