I have been having severe chest pains especially when I am feeling stressed. It is mostly towards the left side of mu chest.
I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia a little over a year now after several years battling pain, sleep discomfort, fatigue and as of recently brain fog.
Costochondritis is quite likely to be the problem which is sharp chest pain on the left hand side near the sternum
Hi,
Yes I get chest pain. It almost feels like my rib cage is craking. It's all part of this horrible disease, the professionals call fibromyalgia. Makes me mad, as I think it's just a name they have given it because they don't understand them selves. I hope someday they find a magic pill that takes all our pain away.
I agree with @ClairCrowell. See your Dr just to rule anything out but chest pain is common. You can have pain everywhere and stress always makes it worse. You might also be having a panic attack which can feel like you're having a heart attack at times. But be safe see your Dr to rule out any heart problems.
Yes it is very common. As long as you have been checked for heart related illness. As you never know.
Stress very much produces pain in the chest for Fibro sufferers.
id go see someone about that just to be safe ,,
