I have had sinus issues from my mide 20s. Congestion, post nasal drips, sore throat, ear aches. I have to think they are related to fibromyalgia. Doctors could not find anything to fix. I found an article about sinus problems and fibromyalgia.

"When you have a systemic disease, any part of your body can provide a clue – even your nose. Over 15 years from 1998 to 2012, James Baraniuk, a longtime ME/CFS and GWI researcher at Georgetown University, became the first and thus far the last person to try and understand people with fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) through their nose."

I get migraines twice a year and they are usually caused by sinus problems. Lately, I have been getting pain behind the same eye that comes and goes. This is new for me. Sometimes, it even switches to the other eye.

I have facial pain now and then but was diagnosed with Trigeminal neuralgia which is the nerve that starts at your temple and spiders across your face... it's very very painful (apparently one of the most painful feelings one could have next to childbirth)
I take gabapentin for it 300mg 2x a day during a flare up (when on the meds it last maybe 3 days) ... NOTE: I discovered an awesome side effect so doc said to keep taking it as needed, it also helps with restless leg syndrome :) and nerve stabbings (don't know what it's called but you feel like you are being stabbed in random places and when you put pressure, sometimes, it will go away or move to another random area)
