I am seeking something to give me energy and help with my weakness. I have checked my diet and all was fine. I am not anemic. Just searching for answers.

Have you ever tried CBD oil WITHOUT the THC in it? It helps with pain, fatigue, insomnia, and anxiety just to name a few. Joyce Myers has a really good CBD oil on line. Check with your doctor first to make sure it’s safe to use β€οΈπŸ™πŸΎ

I hadn't heard of it so just looked it up. Could not find ingredients but it's supposed to decrease uric acid. I worked as a physical therapist assistant for nearly 30 years and know high uric acid causes GOUT. My thought is unless you have high uric acid f/blood work, it wouldn't do anything...but again, don't know what's in this. With gout, (and high uric acid I think??) your joint would be very swollen, red, hot to the touch, and really painful when touched or weight bearing.
Bottom line... I would ask your doctor.πŸ’•

I have that problem to - can't take oral pain meds because my body can't tolerate them at all. I do take prescribed oral meds for my headaches, Migraines, headaches only on the left side. For fibro, I take gabapentin 300 mg at least 3 times daily; Remeron 10 mg orally as a sleep aide and also 20 mg of melatonin since having Covid to help me sleep.

What is the neurotech, device? Want into I cannot take the normal oral pain meds. Prednisone, Hydroxclorquin, and most likely methotrexate. I am tired of being in pain!
