A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hi everyone, sorry that we’re all here but also glad we have a community. I’ve just found this forum. Has anyone got any tips for severe brain fog? Whenever i get stressed or have a busy week i am hit with all symptoms but the brain fog is really impacting my day to day. Any advice would be great!

A good nights sleep is the best medicine for a clear mind. Taking a combination of melatonin, magnesium malate, vitamin d and GABA before bedtime will help you with this.

When someone posts a question about brain fog why can't I see the direct answer? It could be helpful to me or others. All I see is that she said "Thank you both. That explanation makes sense, i'll look up those terms and try out the suggestions above". I can't see the suggestions above? What am I doing wrong? HELP! lol lol
