Yes I think going to my room and lying flat on my back while breathing deeply is about the best thing to do. It’s really relaxing!

I've learned that when my pain is bad I need to go to my room and be by myself a lot of the time to avoid snapping at people. My mom means well but always manages to say the wrong thing, and when your pain is bad it's hard to be patient. I get sensory overload often as well, which can make my anxiety unbearable.

I think this is natural at some point for us. Imagine how we use to be in comparison to where we are witwh fibro. Most people with fibro also have other ailments which just add to the UGH of it all. It does get to me, I hate feeling this way and projecting it on family.

sometimes all this pain, ADD/adhd, Fibro and now being diagnosed with FND then depression and anxiety makes me turn into a bitch! I think because my activties are so limited its what's part of the problem. Im usually so very physically active.
