Did anyone mention that you may need more citrus fruits, etc. that contain bioflavonoids (like the pulp of the orange or grapefruit) ? Also, other deficiencies in vitamins that help your blood clot, including vitamin K, vitamin C, and vitamin B-12? But if you are already getting those, then I don't have an answer.

I call those, "mystery bruises"... they do seem to just appear more often, but I'm in my late 50's, not sure if that's the cause. Fyi, Arnica cream helps with bruising.

Yeah i mean im only 24 and i never had these issues before i was diagnosed. Now i get bruises, broken blood vessels, spider veins, swelling in my legs, itichness, and oatches of goosebumps

I didn’t used to bruise easily before fibromyalgia. Now I experience weird bruises even from a relatively mild pressure. I am also getting older and perhaps the muscles and fat pads are not so protective under the skin, not sure. Painless bruising.

Medications can cause bruising. I have bruises on my arms that I dont even now where they came from. But it is just my arms that bruise. Hugs and Prayers
