Thanks for all your comments and hugs! I think I was having leg weakness because I was at the beginning of a very bad flare, or crash. I am b12 deficient and because I want to change my doctor, I had been missing my monthly injections for almost a year. I found a place to get the injections and have had two. The first one was fine, but the second one the next week seemed to make me very wired. I started to have intense pins and needles, then the weak legs. Instead of slowing down I kept going (I never learn🙄)yesterday was a spastic colon attack and internal shaking all day. I’m better today but must rest as much as possible. I need to get better at recognizing when a flare is beginning. The signs are always there but I never seem to get it that I must rest. I also must help my husband care for our adult son with cerebral palsy, so getting rest is difficult. Because of the pandemic, all day programs have been canceled . I used to get rest while he was at his program during the day.
Anyway, that’s what happened , and it wasn’t caused by the b12 shot, I had been pushing myself for a while. My legs a better now and I’m slowly improving. Hope everyone has a good and pain free day🙂
So glad you're improving.. it's always hard for me to know when to stop.. remember to be kind to yourself when you have to stop & rest.. gentle hugs ❤️
My left hip and left knee are affected the most, If walking on pavements or in shops where the floor is not flexible this causes the pain to go through the roof and I have to use a walking stick. If I walk on grass or surfaces that move and are flexible I can walk for hours. Sending virtual 🤗
My left hip and right foot hurt all the time. I believe that causes my legs to be weak. I do water aerobics and leg lifts with my exercises. But sometimes some days I just can't move. Hugs and Prayers
Yes but also medication can as well.
