I had all the symptoms you shared, I’ve had problems since I was a teenager with Constipation, tried everything, Last year had a colonoscopy, and everything was fine, I was told to eat more fiber, I avoid red meats, eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, papaya In a smoothie helps But still felt like I didn’t go good enough, until I found these on Amazon, I’m not kidding they Work miracles, it’s been a year and I’m so happy. After suffering many years with IBS, Diverticulitis, IBD, pain, bloating, gas, this has been my saver. Prayers for you beautiful♥️🌸🌺💕

Thank you for all of the info that was shared ! I am going for a colonoscopy in a few weeks, having so much trouble with my bowels. Bloated all of the time, constipated and then the next day diarrhea......losing weight as well. I drink lots of water and eat well, so hopefully we can figure out what is going on. Having fibro does not help....

Idk if you solved this yet...but I too have always had problems with this and also used to get so many vaginal bacterial infections. It turned out they were related too each other. My gyno solved this for me with help from my rheum. If you stay constipated, bacteria from your fecal matter than slowly seep thru the membrane between the vaginal wall and the rectum. this causes the bacterial infections. The only thing i started to take was fiber gummies...4 a day. And i stopped eating yogurt, Yes, yogurt is supposed to be so good for us but it was hurting me! After being on those gummies for 3 months, I finally noticed a change. I havent had any infections in almost a year now and the stomach pains have sub-sided.

I'm having some success with coconut oil. And an added bonus is my skin and hair are softer and the shine and glow are back!
A word of caution if you have heart issues or high colesterol , but what I've read it can actually lower colesterol.

Hi Kim. Like several have said, I too suffer from IBS-C with the ocassional IBS-D. I have tried several things prescribed by doctors. The ER gives me magnisium sulfate or a suppository. I used to take Linzess until my newest gastro took me off of everything and told me to take miralax daily without fail. He also said to take it twice a day on really bad days. It has definitely reduced my days of constipation. For cramps and intestinal spasms, I take Bentyl/dicyclomine. Good luck and I hope you get relief soon. I have been told not to let it get out of hand and anything longer than 3 days because it gets worse. Thinking of you. Take care.
