I get alot of tension headaches especially in neck and the dizziness

Are you on any medication?
Anxiety can definitely cause dizziness, head pressure, tight band around head feeling, visual problems. I had it for a long time, also feeling numbness around cheek or chin area. Tinnitus, ear pressure.

Have your eyes been examined New. Floaters can sometimes be a worry. I hope things improve soon. Take care.

Yes I have headaches, pressure in my ear , ear aches dry itchy water eyes and sore throat also dry stuffy nose .

Oh my goodness yes IAM experiencing this right now front of head but goes in ears and even my throat !
