I get alot of tension headaches especially in neck and the dizziness

Are you on any medication?
Anxiety can definitely cause dizziness, head pressure, tight band around head feeling, visual problems. I had it for a long time, also feeling numbness around cheek or chin area. Tinnitus, ear pressure.

Yes I find being propped up helps me a lot think it's because it takes pressure off the neck hate having feelings of heavy head I also sleep with pillow under my knees so I'm able to stand in morning because my legs have been straight all night x

Does anyone find that propping up while sleeping helps the headache? I can't seem to lay flat when I have a really bad flare with headache. They are so debilitating!
