Does Anyone Have Breathing Difficulties When Lying Down?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question šŸ’

Sorry for another breathing question, but when I go to bed I feel like Iā€™m struggling to breath, especially when I lay on my left side. I also feel like I try to take more deeper breaths in a day than is usual. Almost like I feel like Iā€™m not getting adequate oxygen in. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes, I cannot lay on my back. Something to do with the muscles and how they work with the extra weight

Never heard that. Could be something else. I'd get that checked out if you want to that is.

I have Asthma and it acts the same at night. Please get it checked out. Heart issues can also do the same.

I agree, I would check with your doctor about struggling with breathing when laying down.
