Constant electric shock feeling is not always from fibro so I would see a doctor to make sure

I get that too and my dr says it's myofascial pain, which is basically like neuropathy. I've had numb patches on my legs too that lasted for months

Yes, I get really weird feelings in my face, neck, mouth and tongue at times. My tongue will twitch and I have bad ear pain and tingling lower jaw. Really scares me sometimes, but I’ve learned to live with it (I guess). I usually get dizzy around that time too! It’s awful.

I call what you are feeling a numb lips and chin. Very irritating. Sometimes a sharp pain in other parts of body like a quick lightening bolt. More irritating for me than painful.

There are no true right and wrong answers for Fibro. As we are all different physically the Fibro affects different parts of our bodies. I have a terrific neurologist who explained to me that this an autoimmune situation. Even though we see a rheumatologist, general practitioner, and neurologist they each have there own thoughts on this. They do know that Fibro affects different parts of the brain. I also have tingling in my face, it just runs over the total face and then gone but have several times during a day then may not have for several days. I feel it depends on my emotional level for that day. Just be safe and learn to love yourself even if you don't fit in the box, you are still a special person. God created you to be his.
