I've had bouts with that off and on. I found the only thing that really helped with the pain was "Icy Hot Patches". They make all different sizes, and the smaller ones fit pretty well on the side of the elbow. Other than that, I just had to be careful using my elbow too much, and let it run it's course. It goes away eventually. If it's really bad, though, you might be able to get a cortisone shot in your elbow.

yes & it was caused by weak core strength muscles - get some light exercise of your trunk muscles that you can tolerate.

Omg yes. Years on and off. I could never find anything that worked aside from ignoring it. It seems like once I focus on it it gets worse and worse.

It usually happens from something called “postural overload. “What this means is you’re doing something over snd over again that is causing the elbows to hurt. The best cure is when the elbows hurt stop what you’re doing. I’ll give you a little example. I was using a small swiffer and I found that holding the swiffer caused my right elbow to hurt so I switched to my left hand. I ended up with tendinitis in both elbows. Did nothing to treat it, I just stopped doing the swifferring and it cleared up on its own. I jokingly called it “swiffer -itis!” So pay attention to when you feel the pain and go from there ! Good luck, I hope this information helped.
