Guaitenisin Or Benedryl What Should I Use?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have heard that both of these meds can be useful. Would like to give one a try but not sure which one. I am suffering with a cracking jaw with pain at the moment and also terrible fibro fob. Could anyone advise please?

What I understand of the Guaifenisin protocol, all salysilic acid must be removed. Many foods and hygiene products contain it. Apparently this protocol is not proven to work.

I'm allergic to CBD oil so I take Gabapentin - Cymbalta & P.E.A. Palmitoylethanolamide

There’s a long list of foods, cosmetic products and cleaners that contain salysilic acid. Aspirin in particular comes to mind. I think you can find this list if you google the Guefinisen protocol.
