There are some other risks that I read about recently that may or may not apply: age, COPD, heart disease, smoking, diabetes, antipsychotic drug use, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, obesity. Wish I could remember all of them. If I come across the article again, I will post it on here. No matter what your risk, always act as if everyone around you could have Covid19. Take precautions, wash your hands alot, use hand sanitizer, do not touch your face. Try not to touch surfaces & objects that are commonly touched by others, wear rubber gloves & a mask if it makes you feel safer out in public. Limit your trips out in public as much as possible. That means modifications to your meals. Make up your favorite casseroles, soups, & stews, spaghetti, ham & beans, chili, etc, in large quantities so that you can eat on it for days or freeze part of it to eat later. Buy a Turkey, cook it, debone it & divide the meat in small freezer bags--freeze some & have some ready for Turkey sandwiches or turkey & noodles. Same with a big ham. I love ham sandwiches, omelets with ham, ham & eggs. Alot of people avoid buying those big meat items but you can make it work to eat on it for days, & not have to leave your house to keep going out for more food.

It's not an autoimmune disease, however, I have found that many with fibromyalgia do have a low immune system

Inflammation doesnt imply autoimmune. Just like Fibromyalgia isnt an arthritic disease. The research is out there that states Fibromyalgia isnt an autoimmune disease. It is neurogenic.

At this time, Fibromyalgia is NOT classified as an autoimmune disease. This article explains why in detail.

Our central nervous system is on Fire which is taxing our entire body, stresses our immune system, causes stress, anxiety, pain, all the symptoms we may have. We need to go to the doctors, pharmacy more frequently than healthy people. Most of us are taking medications that compromise our ability to fight off corona virus.
I don't think that matters if it is autoimmune or not.
