My joints in my hands hurt a lot and I will run warm water over them or use Biofrezz

My joints in my fingers do get painful sometimes, recently my middle finger was sore, couldn't do anything with it without pain.

My middle finger joint gets stuck and I can’t bend it. But all the other fingers bend fine. Looks pretty funny. ( sorry, couldn’t resist). I do hope you feel better.😊

I have heard that we are more susceptible to RA and other autoimmune diseases (anyone?). My friend who has RA and Lupus fingers do that and it looks very painful.

Probably, if safe, might have it looked at.
