Is anyone besides me extremely disoriented, especially in the mornings? I guess I am in a flare, though I dont know why.
I wish I was so lucky. When a flare hits it's all bad..some are worse than others but they're all bad. I definitely know when it hits...so good for you!
Yes, early morning especially—although I take neurotin at night so it’s hard to say if it’s not that. I found extending the nightly fast out to 10am really helps. I still drink black coffee to wake up. The extra fast time every day helps all my symptoms a little. Originally morning’s were the hardest, but as of last year I have something like a mini flare beginning around late afternoon or early evening. I’m pretty much glued to the couch by 5pm. But initially mornings were that way.
My morning fog is def an issue....like a hangover.
Yep, me too
Cymbalta did squat for me, but I was one of the lucky ones who got weight gain two years in (but amytriptalin and steroids helped—yeesh!) THANK YOU janhissey for posting about PEA. I have yet to try it, but reading just now that it boosts the effectiveness of cannabinoids I will definitely be trying it soon. Every good thing helps. 🙏
