Does your brain fog feel like a heaviness in your head or like your brain is full of mud? Also, do you feel like you cant think your way out of a box? Brain fog has never been my worst symptom, but lately it is.

Oh man, everything y’all are saying is same for me: slow processing, can’t find the word Im searching for (I can tell you what letter it starts with-crazy huh?), but can’t find the word, short term memory loss, confusion, must read the same thing several times to comprehend material. Some days are worse than others. I am taking a couple of medications that have really helped though. Ask your doctors if interested: Memantine and Amantadine. They’ve really helped. Before taking them I could barely finish a thought. I sounded like a bumbling idiot!

Brain fog seems to have settled in for a long stay in my head. I notice a distinct decline in the speed at which I process things lately. Also have noticed that I can’t find words more and more frequently. My memory has never been great but now it’s like it went on vacation without me. Very frustrating. Very worrisome. And getting to be increasingly noticeable to other people.

yup - I hate it. I never had memory issues before and my attention pan is not so hot these days either -mind you I am not helped as some of it could also be because of the menopause - what joy!! sending hugs

First of all ! I had fibrofog, but now i dont have any fibrofog !!! I tried a lot of supplements and stuff, but what can help is combination of Q10, Vitamin E, Vitamin B1 and quality OMEGA 3 ! It is important to to know that Q10 and Vitamin E are fat soluable, so you need take them with food which contain fat...next important thing even more than supplements is WATER !!!!! Really you can get out of water drinking water propertly 2-2.5 L is reccomended every day !! I mean pure water, no juices, coffee or another things. You can combine water + hymalian salt 0,3 + spoon of salt to fill it with electrolytes.Ideally if you want support all this you need to Stop eating sugar, carbs a fruits, you can eat tiny amout of this for example 100g Rice + Vegetable + Protein. ANOTHER THING TRY FASTING !! TRY TO EAT ONLY FROM 12:00 TO 16:00 AFTER THAT ONLY WATTER IS ACCETABLE. STOP EAT A LOT OF FOOD, EAT LESS BUT QUALITY WHOLE PROCUTS ! PEACE BODHI SATOR
