I'll give the same advice that I need to tell myself also. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. Go with the flow. Do the pilates for a little less time or not as many days. We can't increase like others. Our body reacts to many things, emotions, food, environment or even daily activities. Can you put socks on, with your water shoes? Good luck in your journey.

Exercise intolerance. You just never know how long you can go before it causes a major flare. I would suggest resting for a few days before you start again. I love my Reformer too.
