Anyone Try Baking Soda Mixed With Water Daily To Treat Inflammation?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I noticed some information that a study was done regarding the use of sodium bicarbonate to treat inflammation in autoimmune diseases. Just wondering if anyone has tried this and if so, what were the results? Here’s a link describing the study results.

I read backing soda can throw off your electro lights. Even cause seizures or death. Be careful.

I keep a large pitcher of water in my fridge that has at least three sliced lemons in it. I have a drink of the lemon flavoured water first thing in the morning and another with lunch. When the water level is low I simply add more to the pitcher. I change out the lemon slices once a week - put the old ones out for the birds by hanging them in the lower branches of a lilac tree. Drinking the lemon juice certainly helps me re my stomach issues and gives me some Vit C and liquid too. I haven't had a cold or the flu in twenty years!

Yes. I use to do this for my intercystial cystitis and found helpful. Be careful how much baking soda you use though.
