To finish writing my first memoir among other works.
Mine is to keep teaching chair yoga class once a week and to start my joyful lifestyle u tube channel for the hose with autoimmune disases
Just get into a hot bath π when I wake up so my day can start earlier so I can try to get out a bit more. Find more things to help me on bad days and stay positive ππ¦ππ¦ππ¦
I want to take steps to better my health. Diet, exercise, yoga, reading, meditation. I wish all of you a very happy new year.
