Hi everyone. Been a while since I did a fun question. So... what are your goals for 2020? Do you have a goal? My goal is to finish my novel before end of February and start my self help book.
Let go of toxic relationships, meditate more, get back to crafts & painting, be wise about choosing my battles & love myself a little more..

To finish writing my first memoir among other works.
Mine is to keep teaching chair yoga class once a week and to start my joyful lifestyle u tube channel for the hose with autoimmune disases
Just get into a hot bath π when I wake up so my day can start earlier so I can try to get out a bit more. Find more things to help me on bad days and stay positive ππ¦ππ¦ππ¦
