Tigre...Always people to talk to on hereπ
Get a big notebook and write down everything that comes to mind - the vulnerable feelings, how lonely you feel - everything!! Putting words on paper tends to help alleviate many of the negative, sad feelings. You "cry" on paper through your words. Remember that your journal is for your eyes only so you can write whatever comes to mind. And, please when you feel lonely and vulnerable, perhaps go to your local library. Sit in one of their comfortable chairs and just look around. Chat with whoever comes by. Relax and enjoy the quietude of the "books" - the library. That works for me. Gentle hugs are coming your way.
That's what we're here for--because with us--you're NOT alone

Hey my friend,
Sorry to hear that you are hurting and feeling lonely. Fibro itself is an isolating condition let alone adding other conditions and full time work in the mix. Just know that you aren't alone in this fight and I am always here for you. I got your back @A MyFibroTeam Member

Hi Tigre!
haven't been on in a bit.
i will monitor this for the next few days.
I hope you are finding some encouragement and help. Please remember that their are some Godly and friendly people all over the world and God will provide some near you too. See your local church if your not a member and reach out. Don't let it get so bad you don't even leave the house. I will be praying for you. Myself and Lorraine will both be praying for you. :-)
