Are the things we post in here private? Can people google a question and some of our posts pop up in their search?

@A MyFibroTeam Member you are right, I just used my husbands computer to google a question. One popped up from this site from 2 years ago. I could see the question asked along with 3 out of the 5 answered questions. So, this site is not that private. It doesn’t show anyone’s name though....but I don’t know how comfortable I am writing personal things about my life 🤷🏼‍♀️
