I have to stop in the middle of just sweeping to catch my breath. I have had my heart checked, sleep studies, and a million blood tests and everything seems fine. When I do my daily 1 mile walk with the dog, sometimes I have to stop and lean on something because I feel like I'm going to pass out. Other days I'm just fine. I'm 62 and last menopause so it's not that. Is this fibro also?
Im 38 and the same. Ive even seen a cardiologist as ive also had elevated heartrate and shortness of breath with the sweating. Nothing wrong witb my heart but he did state that my physical pain was also contributing to the cause. I used to run and was extremely active. Now i sweat profusely and breathe like a locomotive just climbing stairs. I wear a bandana to keep the sweat out of my eyes when i vacuum. I can definitely relate to you. Hugs!
You are describing me. I do the same thing. I thought it was just me. I get out of breath easy and sweat at the drop of a hat doing little things. The doctors canโt tell me why.
This is exertion fatigue and part of FMS. I can barely walk a few yards without feeling the need to rest. I honestly feel like collapsing sometimes after too much walking. As for sweating, thatโs another one of the annoying symptoms too. Itโs good you ruled everything else though. ๐ค๐ค๐๐
I do also I thought I was going through menopause early. I sweat so bad doing anything
Sweating is a side effect of fibro. Also medications as well. My whole head and neck drip with sweat with whatever I do. Sometimes so embarrassing as well.
