For My Ladies ...

Not really sure how to word this ... but right before you start your period do your boobs hurt for like two weeks before your period starts ... but eases off after you start ... this started happening to me the for past couple of months ...

I'm postmenopausal now THANK YOU JESUS, haven't had a period in 13 years YEE HAW but I do remember those days. Bless your heart. My breasts would get very sore and tender as well as my nipples, sometimes 3 days prior to my cycle as well as those nasty PMS symptoms and cramps...……..I couldn't wear a bra the day before, I'd opt for a sports bra, it worked for me. I slept in a sports bra too...……...it was soft and comfortable, unlike those itchy bras in those early days, hang in there gf !!

I believe this is a common occurrence attributed to hormonal changes that occur naturally during the month.
I do have fibrocystic breasts, which have always been sore, but worse b4 period.

Yes had it for a long time but since having fibro it's much worse. I use a sleep bra at night which seems to help. You can buy them on Amazon

Oh yeah! Since I was a teen. I think this is normal cyclical pain. Usually fibrocystic tissue does this. Which I have.
